Hannover, capital of the state of Lower Saxony, is located in the north of Germany and right in the center of Europe. It is easily accessible via the international airport (HAJ) or by train from all over Europe.
Hannover houses more than 500 000 inhabitants, including 50,000 students at 5 universities, 28,000 of which are studying at Leibniz University Hannover (LUH).
With its numerous parks and forests, Hannover is a green, safe and secure city with a vibrant and lively culture and excellent public transportation.
At the same time, Hannover is home to the biggest international industrial fair (Hannover Messe) and computer fair (CEBIT) as well as the headquarters of companies such as VW Nutzfahrzeuge, Continental, MTU Maintenance, Sennheiser and other internationally known companies.
