Hannover, capital of the federal state of Lower Saxony, is located in the north of Germany and right in the heart of Europe. You can reach Hannover easily by its international airport or by train from all over Europe.
With more than 500 000 inhabitants it is a green, safe and secure city.
Hannover is home of the world biggest industrial fair (Hannover Messe) and computer fair (CEBIT) as well as the headquarters of companies such as VW Nutzfahrzeuge, Continental, MTU Maintenance, Sennheiser and other world known companies.
Moreover, Hannover with its 5 universities has more than 50,000 students, of which are 28,000 at LUH.
Hannover is not only a major scientific and vibrant city but also provides excellent public transportation and cultural activities.
